SPEAK FOR THE TREES!
Join us at the Community center next Friday, May 19, 7 p.m., for an HD presentation of Dr. Suess’ The Lorax! You’ll also hear how trees help our environment and get to take home your very own sapling. The Lorax is a special movie not just for kids, so join us for a fun night of “treeducation,” popcorn and cotton candy lorax trees!
Special thanks to the Connecticut River Coastal Conservation District for the saplings and for all their work on soil and water conservation, and erosion and sediment control education in Haddam and surrounding towns.
