Are you frustrated with the outcome of the Presidential election? Feeling disappointed, overwhelmed, powerless? What can you do as a Democrat or Unaffiliated voter? The answer is to link arms with other like-minded folks in Haddam, Higganum, and Haddam Neck to work for balance and change in our local, state and national government. It’s not too soon to start looking ahead at mid-term congressional and representative and senatorial races to fight for some Democratic Party balance in Washington. It’s not to early to be circling the wagons for our 2017 town elections for First Selectman, Selectmen, Boards of Education, Finance, Planning and Zoning, etc. Consider running for an office or suggesting someone you think would do a fair and adequate job!
Instead of feeling isolated or hopeless, come out to the next Haddam Democratic Town Committee meeting on Tuesday, December 6th. Kick a** right here in our home town!
